Large Scale Security

$400/hour — Byond the fence, Open areas, Storage areas, and Parks, Natural penetrations, Inside the fence. 

Commercial Projects

$400/hour — Autominous security systems, Semi-Autonimous security systems, Manually operated security systems. 

Industrial Projects

$400/hour — Security Review for sabotage, fire, theft, other vandalism, floods, power loss, other natural disasters. Requires review of materials handles/manufactured and desirabily as a smash and brag target, evaluation of strategic importance (DOD or equivelent contracts or sales to). Then plan reveiw and evaluation of all employees. The development of a security plan and facilities upgrades.

Water Supply, Treatment, Storage and Distribution, Waste Water Collection, Treatment and Disposal. Most such systems are suseptible not only to age related deterioration but natural disasters. Most systems lack adequate backup systems and bypasses. In most systems physical security has never been adressed and often such routine operations as replacing pumps, screens, filters, and electrical components can not be performed in house. In many natural disaster or even lesser disaster sinarios replacement components are often not stocked and rely on remote (often factory) availability and availability of transportation.

$400/hour — Generally requires a site visit, a plan review and interviews but if relatively straightforward the site visit and interviews may be done remotely/virtually.

Envisioning the Future

$400/hour — Requires a review of existing capabilities, consultations/interviews to determine skills and vision of key players and skills and vision of workforce. Requires an evaluation of existing and potential markets. Requires an evaluation of existing in house technology and supply chain capabilities, the current state of the art technologies available and potential new technologies. Then senarios can be devloped for the future growth (or sale) of business, and the cost , timeline and potential benefits of each.
